Southwest Missouri Congressman Roy Blunt, just back from an inspection trip to Iraq, says violence there creates a difficult situation for Iraqi election officials. But he says he’s impressed with the steps being taken to create accessible, safe, polling places. He was Missouri Secretary of State for eight years.
