Edgil Kimbler, the Alabama man accused of taking his three children from their mother in Dixon, Missouri, has been arrested in the Birmingham-area community of Gardendale, Alabama. The children are reported to be safe and in good shape. Police say Kimbler gave himself up at a McDonald’s restaurant. The kids had been the subject of an Amber Alert, which was issued after Kimbler allegedly confronted the children’s mother – his former girlfriend – at a home in Dixon on Monday, and left with the kids. Kassy Hadler had recently left Kimbler.
