Scott Rolen drove in four runs as the Cardinals beat the Cubs 6-3 at Busch Stadium Rolen’s two-run homer in the bottom of the seventh broke a three-all tie. Dustin Hermanson relieved Jason Simontacchi with the bases loaded in the seventh. Hermanson was able to force a double play and a ground out, giving up just one run. Hermanson got his first win of the season allowing no hits in 1 2/3’s inning. Cal Eldred earned his third save recording the final two outs of the game. The Cardinals try to take three of four from Chicago this afternoon with a 12:10 start from Busch. Matt Morris and Carlos Zambrano will be the starting pitchers. Both have won four games this season.
