Members of the Missouri House have overwhelmingly approved a conceal and carry bill and send it to the Senate. Under the bill, Missourians would be able to apply with their sheriffs to receive conceal endorsements on their driver’s licenses. They would have to meet certain qualifications to apply. The bill moves to the Senate on the strength of a 94-44 vote.
