Secretary of State Matt Blunt’s military duty is nearing an end. Blunt, a Naval Reserve lieutenant who was activated last October in the wake of the terrorist attacks, has been serving at a base in the United Kingdom. He’s now at a demobilization center here in the U.S. and is expected to be back in the Secretary of State’s Office sometime next week.
