October 12, 2001 By admin Leave a Comment

Gvoernor Bob Holden has announced Missouri’s two- and four-year public colleges and universities will refund tuition and suspend loan payments for students who are called up for military duty as part of the nation’s fight against terrorism. The provisions apply to federal student loan borrowers who are members of the National Guard and Ready Reserves and who are called to active duty, as well as active members of the armed forces who might be reassigned to other duty stations for more than thirty days.
