A Callaway County woman has admitted to stealing $30,000 from the Fulton Housing Authority. Former employee Nancy Foster stole the money over the course of a couple of years by collecting rent checks, then not recording them and cashing them herself. She faces 10 years in prison when she is sentenced. Foster pleaded guilty in U.S. district court earlier today. A sentencing date has not been set.
