Columbia breaks 1990 murder case

September 11, 2000 By admin Leave a Comment

A southwest Missouri man has been charged in Columbia in a ten-year-old murder case. Investigators were able to link William Salmon to the September 1990 crime scene where Judy Pritchard was strangled inside her Columbia home. Police say it was a review of years-old DNA evidence that lead them to the Joplin man. He is being held on $1 million dollar bond.
