Former Chief Andre Rison is in more legal trouble. Rison has been charged in Kansas City with writing four bad checks totalling 158-thousand dollars. According to the complaint, the checks were all written to a jewelry store in Decatur, Georgia. Prosecutors expect Rison to surrender himself when he comes to Kansas City next month for trial on theft charges. Rison was cut be the Chiefs last week and has signed with the Oakland Raiders.
