A murder charge has been dropped against a St. Louis man accused of killing his estranged wife. The prosecutor says her only witness has refused to turn over some requested evidence, leading a judge to exclude the witness from the case. The attorney for Larry Wolff calls the decision “a good win.” The prosecutor says she feels “rotten.” Wolff was a city plumbing inspector when the killing happened three years ago. His lawyer says Wolff will try to get his old job back now.
