A St. Louis County jury clears a hospital and its doctors of negligence in the way they treated a case of chicken pox in 19-96. A man who was 33 years old at the time he came down with the disease and died at the hospital two days after seeking treatment at the hospital. The lawyer for one of the doctors sued says the death of Steve Ritz was a sudden event, not the result of a gradual deterioration that doctors could have stopped.
