The Kansas City Chiefs on Monday signed St. Louis Rams wide receiver/kick returner Tony Horne to a two-year offer sheet. The numbers have not been made available. St. Louis has until Friday to decide whether or not they want to match the offer sheet. Should Horne end up with K.C., the Rams would not receive any compensation. For his three year career, Horne is averaging 25 yards a kickoff return.
