Both Missouri teams were eliminated from this weekend’s American Legion regional tournament this weekend. Blue Springs, who hosted the tournament, and Springfield Hillcrest weren’t able to advance to the semifinals. Today at Hidden Valley Sports Complex in Blue Springs, West Point, Mississippi and Omaha will play for the regional crown. The winner will advance to the American Legion World Series in Danville, Virginia later this week.
