Former St. Louis Rams running back Marshall Faulk has been suspended by the NFL Network, after he and other current and former NFL Network employees are being accused of sexual harassment and assault by former wardrobe stylist, Jami Cantor. Eric Davis, Warren Sapp, Donovan McNabb, Heath Evans and Ike Taylor are also named in the suit.
Cantor alleges Faulk greeted her by fondling her breasts and groping her behind. She also claims he exposed his genitals and made sexually suggestive remarks.
Cantor was fired from the network in 2016, after she was accused of stealing clothes. She has denied theft, according to the lawsuit. She claims she purchased clothes for the network using her own credit card and was never reimbursed. Cantor was 51 at the time she was fired and claims she was replaced by a 30-year-old.
Below is the formal complaint filed by Cantor’s attorney in Los Angeles County as it pertains to the accusations against Faulk.
Current on-air talent on NFL Network, Marshall Faulk, asked Plaintiff deeply personal and invasive questions about Plaintiff’s sex life, such as her favorite sex position, whether she liked oral sex, and whether she dated black men. Instead of saying good morning, Mr. Faulk greeted Plaintiff by fondling her breasts and groping her behind. As time went on, Mr. Faulk became more aggressive, such as inviting Plaintiff to his hotel room, stroking and pulling out his genitals in front of her, pointing to his crotch and asking Plaintiff, “when are you gonna get on this already?” He also pinned Plaintiff against a wall, demanding oral sex while he pulled his pants down.
