Bourbon virus, and other tick-borne diseases, are becoming more common in Missouri.

A collaborative effort between Washington University in St. Louis and the St. Louis Zoo looks to understand these factors.

Cameron Conner is with Wash U’s Tyson Research Center staff scientist, Solny Adalsteinsson, to discuss what we have learned about the bourbon virus and preventative ways to deter ticks while being outside.
