Top Stories:  Lawyers for a Columbia craft brewery company in mid-Missouri want a federal defamation claim thrown out.  KMIZ reports Shipyard Brewing in Maine is suing Columbia’s Logboat Brewery Company for copyright Infringement, and also filed a defamation claim.  Shipyard contends Logboat had a role in people posting more than 100 negative reviews on its Facebook page after it sued the Columbia brewery.  Logboat argues those comments are opinions shared by others.  And it’s too soon to tell what type of funds Mizzou can expect in next year’s state budget, according to House Budget Committee Chairman Scott Fitzpatrick.
