Top Stories:  Ten members of the Republican super-majority joined all nine Democrats in the Missouri Senate to fully fund education for the first time in a number of years yesterday.   And the National Weather Service says scattered severe thunderstorms capable of damaging winds, large hail and a few tornadoes are possible today in the state.
