Third Quarter Recap

Maty Mauk got picked off on his first pass, a check down to Marcus Murphy that wasn’t even close.

IU took over at the Mizzou 25 and a sack by Shane Ray on Nate Sudfeld eventually forced the Hoosiers to attempt a 41 yard field goal that went wide right.

The Tigers were forced to punt in what looked to be a three and out, but Harold Brantley took the snap and gained ten yards on fourth and four, getting a first down off the fake, but the Tigers had to punt after three more plays.

Mizzou’s offense stalled in the third quarter and for the game up to this point have had ten runs that have netted a no gain or a loss in yards.

Sudfeld hit J-Shun Harris for a 32 yard touchdown pass after Tevin Coleman broke a 39 yard run.
