Sean Robertson’s ex reported seeing his arm move under her bed as she was preparing to go to sleep, Halloween night. Police say he jumped through a window to escape the home, but returned briefly to look for his car keys.
He was apprehended after a foot chase Tuesday during which he was shot three times with bean bag projectiles and resisted arrest until being tased twice.
His charges include burglary, aggravated stalking and resisting arrest.
