Authorities responding to the report of a gunman with hostages in a Kirksville Church have found no gun, nor hostages, but have taken one man into custody.
Police searched the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church and School and eventually focused on a restroom where the alleged gunman was said to be holed up, according to a caller. One man was taken into custody without incident.
