A federal grand jury has indicted Catholic priest Shawn Ratigan of Independence on 11 charges of producing or attempting to produce child pornography. He also faces two charges of possessing child porn.
The indictment says Ratigan took sexually explicit pictures of five children 2 to 12 years old at several places, including in a church choir loft.
