St. Peters clock shop owner charged with elder abuse

January 14, 2011 By Jessica Machetta

A clock shop owner in St. Peters who has not contested charges that he financially abused elderly people has been given until the end of February to make $42,000 in restitution. If he doesn’t, Kevin Cullinan faces ten years in prison.

Cullinan had been charged with billing elderly customers for thousands of dollars for minor repairs or repairs that were never made.
