A St. Clair man is charged with manslaughter for causing his girlfriend’s son to die from asthmatic shock. The Franklin County sheriff says Richard Sears was drunk when he went home and argued with his girlfriend and struck her 18-year-old son when he tried to intervene. The prosecutor says the blow caused Matthew Indelicato to go into asthmatic shock, which led to his death.
