Carl Edwards paid a visit to the State Capitol in Jefferson City on Monday, the day after finishing 19th in the Daytona 500. Edwards held a meet and greet for fans at the Capitol as the State Senate introduced a measure that would name a stretch of road after Edwards which runs past his home just outside of Columbia.
Edwards spent a few moments talking about his 19th place finish and his bigger and better expectations with the next two races on the NASCAR schedule at California and Las Vegas, where he tested quite well.
