The most serious charge against former Mizzou basketball player Jeffery Ferguson has been dropped. He will not be tried for a felony unlawful use of a firearm charge after allegedly waving a BB gun at people in the parking lot of his apartment complex this weekend. Ferguson will two misdemeanor assault charges.
