Nearly 500 commercial drivers pulled off Missouri roadways for not being fluent in English (LISTEN)

As of October 21st, 494 drivers had been pulled off of roadways in Missouri for not being able to read, write, or speak English. Captain Scott White with the State Highway Patrol runs down the situation with Missourinet’s Marshall Griffin.
