Missourians buying a vehicle next year will be among the first in the state to try out the new FUSION system. The Department of Revenue says it will eliminate the customary “temp (license) tag” process. Director Trish Vincent say it’s designed to close a loophole that resulted in millions of vehicle sales tax dollars going uncollected. She provides a status report on the new system.
