Heat, Torrential Rains Dominate July Missouri Weather (LISTEN)

University of Missouri Extension Climatologist Zach Leasor says the wild weather in July is surprising on a couple of fronts. Oppressive heat and torrential rains dominated the headlines,
but he says overall, the month was pretty “average.” He’s also talking about the impact of “Super El Nino.”
