Missouri Senate Budget Leader says we must step back on spending (LISTEN)

Governor Mike Kehoe took his editing pen to the state budget and cut/paused about $500 million in spending.

He said that legislators planned to spend more than the state can afford right now. The spending plan is still roughly $50 billion.
