Summer is a great time to get outside, get active, and maybe even meet a few new neighbors along the way. The University of Missouri Extension and the Missouri Council for Activity and Nutrition are once again inviting Missourians to participate in the 100 Miles, 100 Days Challenge. The statewide effort encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to stay active throughout the summer. What started as a local program in Randolph County has grown into a movement involving thousands of Missourians.
Joining Show Me Today is Candace Rodman, executive director of MOCAN and one of the challenge founders.
