Sara Schafer, editor of Rural Missouri magazine, joins Show Me Today to break down the “Best Of Rural Missouri” put together by Missouri Electric Cooperative. Now in its 23rd year, the annual contest conducted by Rural Missouri, a monthly magazine serving Missouri’s rural electric cooperative members, drew nearly 40,000 votes across 14 categories. You’ll also hear from Michelle Gray of Bourbon Café and Coffee Saloon, a multi-year winner that’s turning community support into lasting success.
