A bill nearing the finish line in the Missouri Legislature aims to protect small business owners from predatory trial attorneys who say their websites are not compliant with federal law.

He says they demand thousands of dollars from businesses to settle out of court…equating it to what he calls “nothing more than a shakedown.”
