A military veteran serving in the Missouri Legislature wants the state to study the use of an alternative treatment to help with addiction, brain injuries, and mental health among other military veterans. In an effort to help them to thrive and be well, Ava State Representative Matthew Overcast has filed a bill to fund trials on the use of Ibogaine.
