Missouri lawmaker wants harsher punishment for drivers who pass stopped school buses (LISTEN)

A state lawmaker from the Kansas City area is pushing for stronger penalties for passing a stopped school bus, saying too many drivers are zooming around them and endangering children’s lives.

Marshall Griffin talked to State Representative Mike Jones of Platte County about legislation he’s planning to file for 2026.
