Missouri lawmaker wants to tighten regulations for future solar energy projects – or face going dark (LISTEN)

As solar energy projects continue to gain momentum in Missouri, including in Macon County, a state lawmaker wants to impose restrictions on where they can be located.

Alisa Nelson talks to Moberly Representative Ed Lewis, who says he wants to ensure that landowners and neighbors get a fair shake. Otherwise, he says he has a bill that would put a stop to solar energy farms altogether in Missouri.
