Missouri has revoked 25 licenses that had been granted to marijuana businesses across the state.

In a statement released, the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) said 24 of the licenses were revoked because the people or businesses were found to be ineligible to qualify. Qualifications to hold a cannabis microbusiness license include having a net worth of less than $250,000 or being a veteran who was disabled as a result of their military service.

One license was revoked because the person turned out to be a convicted felon.

Seven other microbusinesses had received Notices of Pending Revocation in October of 2024, but they were found to have satisfied the state’s requirements and will retain their licenses.
