Most of Missouri is under a Cold Weather Advisory through Tuesday.

The National Weather Service said wind chills between -5 and -15 degrees are expected in southwestern Missouri, between negative -5 and -9 degrees in southeastern Missouri, and wind chills down to -23 degrees across central and northern Missouri.

Only the two Bootheel counties of Pemiscot and Dunklin are not under the Cold Weather Advisory.

Meanwhile, hundreds of designated warming centers are open across Missouri as the arctic cold airmass continues to grip the state. They include public buildings such as libraries, senior centers, Salvation Army sites, homeless shelters, city halls, and other government buildings. To find a warming center near you, click here.
