Missouri drivers can now get ticketed and fined in Missouri for having their cell phones in their hands while driving.
State Highway Safety and Traffic Engineer for MoDOT John Nelson warns Missouri drivers that the hands-free cellphone law passed in 2023, is now being enforced.
