MDC says invasive fish is a delicacy to eat (LISTEN)

The northern snakehead is a type of fish that resembles a serpent. Its descent is from parts of China, Korea, and Russia.

The fourth invasive specimen of its kind has been identified in Missouri, and news anchor Marshall Griffin is talking with Missouri Department of Conservation fisheries management specialist, Dave Knuth, to learn about the threat it poses to the state.
