(Kansas City, MO) – Two teenagers have been charged in connection to this week’s deadly mass shooting at the end of the Chiefs’ rally in Kansas City.

KMBC-TV in Kansas City reports that gun-related and resisting arrest charges have been filed against the teens. Additional charges are expected.

Due to being juveniles, no other information can be released at this time.

The Kansas City Police Department said a dispute at the rally escalated to gunfire – killing a 43-year-old woman and injuring 22 others. Police Chief Stacey Graves said Thursday that the 22 surviving shooting victims are between the ages of eight years old and 47 years old. At least half of the victims are under the age of 16.

The victim who did not survive, Lisa Lopez-Galvan, 43, was a local radio DJ in Kansas City.

Several guns were reportedly recovered from the scene of the shooting.
