The Kansas City Chiefs are continuing preparations for Super Bowl 58. The team battles the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday night. KC is eying its third title in five years and hopes for a successful championship defense after taking down the Philadelphia Eagles in last year’s big game. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said guard Nick Allegretti practiced in place of Joe Thuney on Wednesday. The veteran is unlikely to play as he works through a pectoral injury. However, Jerick McKinnon was limited as he worked back from sports hernia surgery. Reid also said McKinnon was a “long shot” to play in the Super Bowl.

Opening Night was Monday, which had its strange encounters like comedian Carrot Top asking Andy Reid about cheeseburgers, but weird, awkward connections for clickbait continue at the conferences at the team hotels.
