Back in 2013, Sharon Baker’s pastor asked her Sunday school class to raise money to buy a goat for a family in need. At the time it cost $75. She thought it was a crazy idea, but the kids got behind the effort and in just a few months they raised enough money to purchase 56 goats. Ten years later and 1,023 goats later, the “Crazy Goat Lady” is still going strong. These goats are sent around the world to help families. Sharon explains how one goat can save children from hunger and provide families with clean water. She shares her fun story on her goats and her work with New Vision.
