Another Missouri Republican congressman is sounding off on President Joe Biden and calling for his impeachment.
Fourth District U.S. Rep. Mark Alford told Missourinet affiliate KDRO in Sedalia that he thinks there’s already enough evidence to impeach the Democratic president.
“(For example), the $20 million minimum that has come up through all these shell corporations into the Biden crime family,” Alford said. “I think this is the most compromised president in U.S. history – compromised to Russia, Ukraine, China, and who knows else.”
He continued: “I have told (U.S. House Speaker) Kevin McCarthy, and he knows how I feel that we need to move ahead. I think there’s enough evidence now that’s been uncovered by (Kentucky U.S. Rep.) James Comer and the Oversight Committee, and (Ohio U.S. Rep.) Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee about the Biden crime family.”
The inquiry into whether Biden and his son Hunter engaged in influence peddling is also being co-chaired by Missouri Republican U.S. Rep. Jason Smith, who chairs the House Ways and Means Committee.
In response, the Democratic Party is accusing Republicans of doing the bidding of former president Donald Trump.
