The “Siddens Bening Hands Free Law,” is set to take effect Monday, August 28th. Drivers in Missouri are no longer allowed to manually type, scroll, or hold their cell phone while driving. Nick Chabbaria of AAA Missouri joined Show Me Today to explain more of the Do’s and Dont’s under the new law.
