Cardinals game with Brewers postponed because of positive COVID-19 tests

July 31, 2020 By Tim Fisher

The St. Louis Cardinals matchup Friday with the Milwaukee Brewers has been postponed due to a positive test for COVID-19 within the Cardinals organization.

Reports indicate that it is two players, both pitchers but unnamed, that tested positive. The rest of the team is currently quarantining in their hotel.

The Cardinals had Thursday off after finishing a two game series in Minnesota against the Twins Wednesday night.
