Eighteen people shot in four days in St. Louis

According to St. Louis Police Chief John Hayden, the city has had 89 murders so far this year – an increase of six during the same period in 2018. In an online video, Hayden says 18 people have been shot in four days in St. Louis – seven of the shooting victims were killed.
