Cardinals close to addressing bullpen concerns by signing All-Star Miller

December 21, 2018 By Bill Pollock

The Cardinals are close to adding free-agent reliever Andrew Miller.  Multiple reports say St. Louis and the left-hander are very close to completing a multi-year deal.  The deal is expected to be for two years with a potential third year.  Miller is a two-time All-Star who earned AL Championship Series MVP honors during the Indians World Series run in 2016.
