Top Stories:  Missouri now has a nearly $170 million budget deficit that has developed since the current fiscal year began in July.  Revenue collections for November alone were $67 million behind the same month last year.  And President Trump is speaking at the Project Safe Neighborhoods national conference in Kansas City today.  The closed event part of a Justice Department effort to curb crime.  Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker will be at the event.
