Early figures show Missouri union supporters have strong lead in opposing Proposition A

August 7, 2018 By Alisa Nelson

Opponents of Proposition A carry a strong lead early on in today’s primary. Some 28,500 people have voted against making Missouri a Right-to-work state while roughly 16,000 support Proposition A.

The measure is asking Missourians whether to ban forced union membership or dues as a condition of employment.

The night is still young and Missourinet will continue to post the latest election numbers throughout tonight.
