Top Stories:  A video showing a woman being kicked at a gas station in St. Louis went viral and two men have been charged with assault.  19-year-old Ahmed Qandeel and 32-year-old Jehad Motan are accused of assault in the fourth degree.  And Inspectors spent the day yesterday at a low-income housing complex in north Kansas City after mounting complaints about unlivable conditions.  Residents at an apartment complex had complained about black mold, and collapsing ceilings in some units.
